Note the bar at the bottom: This is the rear seat rail and has give me fits getting it refinished. But I want the car roadable, so I'm compromising: We'll come back and do the rail during the winter, as it is easy to remove for more work. Note also the screw in connector (green cap) on the negative ground strap. This is so I can energize and kill power easily as I'm working out kinks in the wiring. It turns out it was good that I had it, as I found that my son had played in the car (!) and had stepped (stomped?) on the defrost relay. The first time I switched power to it, it shot off a fireworks display. So removing that connector quickly saved my project. I still needed to change my shorts though.
